Active Inspirator
A registered client on the INSPIRE App that has activated an Xclusive Product and has been issued an Inspirator Number and paid the Xclusive Product Fee when due.
Business Building Kit
Available for purchase through the INSPIRE Store on the INSPIRE App. The Business Building Kit contains a bundle of Xclusive Product Vouchers that are packaged in pre-determined bundle quantities. The purchaser is required to pay for the selected Business Building Kit by way of the online payment in the Digital Store. The purchaser then on-sells these Product Vouchers.
CBC
Clientèle Benefits Company (Pty) Ltd known as CBC Rewards (Pty) Ltd, which provides Products relating to lifestyle and loyalty benefits and is part of the Clientèle Group.
Clientèle
“Clientèle” means, collectively, CBC Rewards (Pty) Ltd; CBC Rewards (Pty) Ltd (Foreign Branch); Clientèle Limited and all of its subsidiaries and associated entities.
Commission Month
All Product payments made from the 1st to the last day of a calendar month will be included for calculation and paid to the qualifying Inspirator on the 15th of the next calendar month.
Digital Store
The INSPIRE App contains an e-commerce store accessible to newly registered and existing Inspirators that enables the purchase of Business Building Kits and brand specific merchandise.
Direct Introducer
Means the Inspirator who is responsible for introducing a person to the Inspire Business Opportunity and to whom that person is a Direct Recruit.
Direct Recruit
Means the Inspirator that is introduced on the Direct Introducers’ first Level with an active Xclusive Product.
Inspirator
An INSPIRE network marketer duly appointed as such by CBC Rewards (Pty) Ltd in terms of the INSPIRE Agreement who conveys to people he/she knows, or comes to know, materials and information regarding the INSPIRE Business Opportunity. Such people may, of their own accord, acquire and activate a Product and/or choose to become Inspirators themselves
Inspirator Number
A unique number generated in the INSPIRE App after a successful Xclusive Product activation. This number will be used to identify the Inspirator’s Ranking and network details. The Inspirator number will be prefixed to identify the Inspirator by the country they chose as their country of residence. Once an Inspirator Number is confirmed, the Inspirator can share their Inspirator Number with new recruits that may choose them as their Introducer.
Inspirator Ranking
An Inspirator is assigned an Inspirator Ranking based on the payment of their Monthly Product Fee and the attainment of other specific criteria.
Definitions
INSPIRE App
The INSPIRE mobile / web application that enables clients to register in order to become Inspirators.
INSPIRE App registration
A prospective client will be required to register on the INSPIRE App by providing their ID Number, Cell Number and an e-mail address that is unique to the client and will be used in future engagements on the INSPIRE App.
INSPIRE
A multi-level marketing (MLM) Business Opportunity that allows registered Inspirators to introduce prospective clients and Inspirator to Products provided by CBC Rewards (Pty) Ltd.
Levels
Your Direct Recruit will join your INSPIRE network on your 1st Level - Thereafter, the introductions made by your Direct Recruit will appear on your Level 2 and so forth. Your Inspirator Ranking for commission will be determined by all introductions on Levels 1-4 paying their Xclusive Product Fee monthly.
Product activation
The successful activation of an Xclusive Product within the INSPIRE App requires the client to submit specific details (such as valid banking details and debit day) necessary for the collection of a monthly Product Fee.
Qualifying Leg
A qualifying leg refers to the Inspirators on Levels 1 to 4 who accounted for the calculation of one of the four ways of earning, and/or criteria for qualification of ranking.
VAT
The Xclusive Product fee is inclusive of VAT in South Africa and Namibia. Commission is calculated on the monthly product fee excluding VAT. Commission paid (where applicable) to an Inspirator is inclusive of VAT.
Xclusive Product
The Xclusive Product is a rewards product offered by CBC Rewards (Pty) Ltd in South Africa and offered by CBC Rewards (Pty) Ltd (Foreign Branch) in Namibia. The Xclusive Product is distributed through a Multi-level marketing (MLM) Business opportunity called Inspire.
Inspirators choose an Xclusive Product based on their own country of residence as the benefits of each product are customised to the particular country.
Xclusive Product eligibility
The Xclusive Product Voucher contains benefits that will be available for a period of two consecutive months from the activation date. The Product Fee is already included in the original purchase.
A debit order / card payment will be used to collect a monthly Product Fee in the second month (after activation) onwards to guarantee the Inspirator access to all the Xclusive Product benefits from month 3 onwards (i.e. the Product Fee is paid in advance). In order to be eligible for all the benefits of the INSPIRE Business Opportunity, including the Xclusive Product benefits, each month, the monthly payment must be received by its due date. In South Africa, an active Debicheck mandate is required.
