Quarterly Bonuses
The fourth way that you can earn with INSPIRE is via a Quarterly Bonus, which rewards you for maintaining or improving your Inspirator Ranking for each calendar quarter. Quarterly Bonuses reward you for growing a healthy and sustainable INSPIRE network.
The Quarterly Bonuses are calculated each quarter of the calendar year and paid on the 15th of the month, after every quarter. The measurement periods are
• January - March
• April - June
• July - September
• October - December
To qualify for quarterly bonuses, Inspirators must meet certain criteria each month during the quarter. The quarterly bonus amounts vary and are based on the lowest Inspirator Ranking achieved in any particular Quarter. The higher this ranking is the larger the bonus is that you earn. For example, a Champion can earn R/N$3,000 up to 4 times while a President can earn R/N$100,000 every quarter that the ranking is maintained!
